The CityHealth Dashboard is a free online resource that provides city and neighborhood-level data on over 35 measures of health outcomes, health drivers, and health equity for 750+ U.S. cities (all cities over 50,000 population). Designed for a broad audience, the Dashboard’s easy-to-use website displays measures through interactive maps, tables, and charts, pulled together from multiple national sources. Our individual efforts don’t need to be huge—a little bit of change here, a few hours there—because even small efforts quickly add up to make a real difference. As we work side-by-side and learn from each other, mutual understanding increases, misconceptions can be corrected, and new friendships are built.

Pallet is a social purpose company working to end unsheltered homelessness and give people a second chance at employment. Their transitional shelter villages help bridge the gap from living on the street to finding permanent housing. They are designed to rapidly address unsheltered populations and help people transition to permanent housing with a resource net of on-site social services, food, showers, laundry, and more. The majority of the Pallet team have experienced homelessness themselves, so their designs account for exactly what’s needed in this moment of transition.
