Women in Municipal Government (WIMG) 2026 Summer Conference 

The National League of Cities’ Women in Municipal Government (WIMG) Constituency Group is thrilled to host this year’s WIMG Summer Conference in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, from June 24-26, 2026.  

This dynamic annual event brings together women leaders from across the country to connect, collaborate and advance the future of local government. Attendees will have the opportunity to:  

• Learn about local policy issues    
• Engage in meaningful discussions on federal advocacy     
• Expand your network with female elected officials and statewide leaders   
• Strengthen your governance skills    
• Explore creative solutions to unique challenges faced in your communities  

What to Expect 

During three impactful days, attendees will engage in interactive sessions and workshops, participate in leadership-building activities and explore various city projects through exciting mobile tours. You will also have an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders through peer-led discussions, share best practices and continue advancing the group’s vital efforts to raise awareness about key issues affecting women in local government.

Registration Rates 

Rates are based on your municipality’s NLC membership.  

Register a group of 4 and receive the fifth registration free. 

All off-site activities are included in the registration price unless otherwise noted. Reservations for the Hotel Room Block will be announced soon. The link to reserve your hotel stay will be included in your conference registration confirmation email. Please note that there is a $100 cancellation fee before May 22; after that, refunds are not guaranteed.
