The conference registration fees do not include Leadership Training Seminars or Constituency Group dues and activity costs. All other fees are listed on the Related Fees tab. To register for a seminar, pay dues and/or activity fees, a delegate MUST be registered for the full conference.
* The Onsite rate includes $100 processing fee. To receive the above rates, please register online by or make sure your Mail-In/Fax Registration Form is postmarked by the applicable deadline dates.
Group Registration Incentive
Groups of 5 or more will receive a complimentary 6th registration, provided the registration form is complete and paid in full. To receive the group incentive, all individuals should register at the same time via the Group Registration Form. Housing section - copy the housing page, list the name, city and state of the delegate in the area povided at the top of the ousing form, select the housing for each delegate and submit the registration form and all housing forms at the same time to ensure the paperwork is processed at the same time.

Each team member will sent a confirmation to the email address provided on the form with instructions on how to add required demographical information, Leadership Training seminars, Mobile Workshops, and Constituency events.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Group registrations
Nonrefundable. No refunds will be given to those who previously registered. Group registrations do not apply to these registration categories: spouse, student, youth delegate. Substitutions are welcome. All changes and cancellations request must be made in writing to nlcregandhousing@jspargo.com.
Standard registrations
All requests must be received in writing, postmarked by November 5, 2012 and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No partial refunds will be made if you decide to not attend particular functions. No registrations or cancellations will be accepted by telephone. No cancellations will be accepted after November 5, 2012.
Network with colleagues with similar interests with constituency groups during the conference and join a group by paying annual membership dues/fees along with your registration. To join or renew your membership and attend constituency events, you may check off the combined dues/activity fees for any of the groups during the registration process.
Several special activities will occur among the groups that welcome members and new colleagues. Most of their meetings and events will be open to anyone registered at the Congress of Cities, while others will only be open to those who have purchased tickets for specific events.
Constituency group dues or fees can only be paid by fully registered delegates. Spouse, guest and youth registration categories are not eligible for payment of constituency group dues and fees.
