The NLC Know My City Community Advisor combines multiple sources of data and uses these data to help local leaders quickly identify key areas of strength in their community and contextualize their ability to address challenges within their local context.
The tool combines three types of data that allow local leaders to:
- Learn about their community and their peers in a data-driven format.
- Understand the current fiscal priorities from the municipal budget and
- Act with awareness of legislative opportunities to address challenges or enhance strengths
