The Young Adult Justice Continuum infographic, developed by the National League of Cities and Loyola University’s Chicago Center for Criminal Justice Research, builds upon the 2017 National Scan of Emerging Adult Policy, Practice and Programs by identifying key components, stakeholders, and services of the young adult justice continuum along three areas: no-entry, system involved and re-integration.
