On April 13, 2021, NLC’s Institute for Youth, Education, and Families hosted an interactive webinar for the cities participating in NLC’s Postsecondary Basic Needs Initiative. This conversation focused on the opportunity for city leaders to engage employers as co-investors and co-creators of postsecondary success. Viewers will hear about successful strategies from Detroit, including the Detroit Promise scholarship, and partnership between the City of Detroit and the Detroit Chamber of Commerce.
