In this session, you’ll explore theories of leadership and change management to develop concrete skills in affecting community change through leadership intervention both proactively and in reaction to crisis. Study and apply leadership and change models, develop skills to assess community needs, then build leadership plans for raising consciousness or building support around an issue or need.
