Rancho Cordova, Calif. is developing a coordinated AI and Robotics Ecosystem. The city’s approach combines technology infrastructure, workforce development, and municipal operations, with the aim of supporting local businesses and education, while aligning public resources to better engage with emerging technology. The city is managing the program in partnership with organizations including the Human Machine Collaboration Institute (HMCI) who is orchestrating the initiative, NVIDIA, Solidigm, and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).
