Nya Anthony is the Graduate Research Intern with the Research and Data team in the Center for Municipal Practice and Applied Research at the National League of Cities. She is completing a dual master’s degree in African American and African Diaspora Studies and Public Affairs at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
