John H. Fogle is the Chair of NLC’s Information Technology and Communications Committee and a Councilor for the City of Loveland, Colorado. Councilor Fogle also serves as a member of the Federal Communications Commission’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee and the National League of Cities Board of Directors.
