This kickoff meeting will feature a presentation by the Mayor of West Hollywood, CA, Chelsea Byers, on Yes in My Back Yard (YIMBY) housing initiatives, a recap by Indianapolis City-Councilor Nick Roberts on NLC’s City Summit, and an interactive discussion led by Commissioner Katima Smith-Willis of Frankfort, KY, on shaping YML programming for the year ahead.
