While most short-term rental hosts share their homes responsibly, a few bad apples can cause serious disruption for neighborhoods and elected officials. Airbnb bans both “party houses” as well as parties all together at its listings globally and has introduced a number of measures to work with cities to put party house hosts out of business. In this session, Airbnb trust and safety leadership will be joined by LAPD Commanding Officer Steven Lurieto discuss collaborative solutions to a challenge that can impact cities of all sizes.
