The threat of COVID-19 has led to considerable changes in education forcing many schools to switch to remote/online learning, to other schools running hybrid online/in-person classes, and other schools operating normally with in-person classes. These changes have helped shine a light on inequities in our communities like the digital divide. As a result, this has forced many mayors to institute solutions that solve this important technology gap.
