National League of Cities and the American Planning Association for the 2026 Housing Supply Accelerator Summit on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill, 20 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, D. C.

This event brings together local leaders, planners, developers, federal partners and more together for panel discussions, fireside chats and other practical learning opportunities focused on advancing housing supply solutions through collaboration, innovation and action.

This year’s summit focuses on the 21st Century ROAD Housing Act and how local leaders and private partners can use its provisions to expand housing solutions nationwide. It is designed for anyone seeking to strengthen housing supply strategies, build cross-sector partnerships, and gain insights from housing leaders and experts making an impact at the local level.
