Kim Haddow is the Strategic Consultant of the Local Solutions Support Center – a national hub that connects, coordinates and creates efforts to counter the misuse of state preemption and strengthen local democracy. LSSC provides legal technical assistance and research, grassroots organizing and cross-issue coalition building, messaging, polling, and communications support, research measuring the consequences of state preemption, and education and outreach.
