WIMG Member Registration Rates

Advanced Registration (March 1 - April 13): $100.00
Regular Registration (April 14 - May 18): $150.00
Onsite Registration (May 19 - June 2): $200.00

WIMG Non-Member Registration Rates

Advanced Registration (March 1 - May 18): $250.00
Onsite Registration (May 19 - June 2): $350.000 

Spouse/Guest/Youth Registration

Advanced Registration (March 1 - May 18): $85.00
Onsite Registration (May 19 - June 2): $150.00

Spouse/Guest/Youth/Attendance:
In order for individual spouses/guests/youth/students to attend any or all WIMG Annual Summer Conference activities and meal functions, each individual must be officially registered for the conference and wear registration badges at all times for admittance to sessions/meals.

Cancellation Policy:
Any registration cancellations occurring between March 1 - May 18, 2018, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Requests for cancellations must be in writing and sent via email to constituencygroups@nlc.org.  No refunds will be given after May 18th.

NLC is holding a room block for attendees at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center at a rate of $139.00 per night.
