Successful leaders acknowledge that leadership is an art. They recognize that beyond all the sophisticated systems and theories, strategies and tactics, being a successful leader also includes intangibles such as intuition, timing, passion, and the inner nature of leadership.  Learn how great leaders master the artistic aspects of leadership.  Discover how the art of leadership can be learned, developed, and practiced.

The Art and Practice of Leadership
The practice of leadership requires that we utilize our leadership skills, knowledge and our inner nature of leadership.  Accomplished artists, as well as successful leaders, learn their craft, practice their skills, and attain a true mastery of their art.  Explore a unique relationship between the masters of art and the art of leadership.

Leadership in Local Government
City officials are called upon to develop long range plans and resolve a wide array of local problems.  Creativity may be viewed as a problem-solving ability, with the expectation to find an ideal solution outside.  Examine how great leaders not only learn and practice personal leadership skills and abilities, but also master the art of leadership.
