The four Fellowships are awarded to mid-career local government professional staff and to local elected officials. This all-expenses-paid program provides an opportunity to examine local government best practices in German cities over the course of three weeks. The 2013 program will run from September 21 through October 12. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 7, 2013.
