As COVID-19 response continues amidst all of the on-going uncertainly, housing issues continue to be front and center. Eviction moratoriums, which have kept residents housed during the pandemic, are now being lifted in many cities, towns, and villages across the country. Local governments continue to grapple with housing concerns that affect entire neighborhoods such as looming evictions, property foreclosures and reduced tax payments. To support cities in gathering accurate information needed to address these issues, the National League of Cities has developed a landlord survey template for municipalities to adapt and administer to landlords in their communities.

Join us, the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania, and the City of Rochester for an informational webinar to learn how your city can utilize this helpful tool to assist in preventing evictions and how other communities have successfully engaged landlords and their residents on important housing issues.
