United Water

United Water is one of the nation’s leading environmental companies, providing water and wastewater services to approximately 5.7 million people in the United States. In addition to owning and operating 20 water utilities, United Water operates 100 municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems through innovative public-private partnerships and contract agreements. Founded in 1869, United Water is a subsidiary of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT.

We work to meet specific needs in the communities we serve whether that involves adopting a school, adopting a beach, or volunteering at a local non-profit organization. Clean water and dependable wastewater services are vitally important — but we are proud to make a bigger difference in the towns and cities where we live and work.

You can find us volunteering from coast to coast:

  • Planting trees along urban streets in Camden, NJ
  • Serving meals to those in need in Harrisburg, PA
  • Raking leaves for senior citizens in Boise, ID
  • Cleaning up the beach in El Segundo, CA

We also serve in leadership positions for hospitals, special needs agencies, emergency services, and disaster relief organizations. Learn more about United Water outreach.
