The Congressional City Conferences and the Congress of Cities & Exhibition have the largest selection of Leadership Training Institute seminars. LTI Seminars focus on critical leadership skills and techniques that are timely, practical, and state-of-the-art. Both half-day and full-day seminars take place during the first two days of each of NLC’s annual conferences. All seminars are offered on a fee basis.
