Overview

City leaders play a key role in working with national, state, and local partners to help residents keep their homes and help communities cope with the ongoing effects of the challenges in housing and mortgage foreclosures.  In support of those efforts, the National League of Cities is hosting a webinar focusing on the solutions to deal with the four significant stages in the management of foreclosures and vacant property: preventing vacancies, preventing deterioration, rehabilitation and reuse, and demolition.
