Much of the burden of care for our three million post-9/11 military and their families will fall to America’s communities, seriously impacting already overstressed community systems. Still reeling from ongoing fiscally constrained environments, cities and counties need free and low cost integrated solutions that respect a community’s sense of place while aligning with a national network to support these young transitioning military so that they become engaged stakeholders in building thriving communities.
