Cities Join NLC Prescription Discount Card Program

NLC is pleased to announce the following member cities are now offering prescription discount cards to their residents:
• Northglenn, Colo.
• Riverside, Calif.
• Clarksburg, W.Va.
Sign up to participate in the NLC Prescription Discount Card Program and help your residents who are without health insurance or have prescriptions not covered by insurance save an average of 20 percent off the retail price of their prescription drugs.
There is NO COST for your city to sponsor the program. There are NO FORMS, NO FEES and NO LIMITS on the discount card and your residents will see an immediate benefit as a result of your city’s sponsorship of the program.
The NLC Prescription Discount Card Program, one of NLC's new Business Solutions for Cities, was announced in October and more than 50 cities have signed up to-date and will be making the program available to residents in the coming weeks. The program is available to NLC member cities only.
