NLC Officers

NLC is governed by a Board of Directors which is made up of the three officers, president, first vice president and second vice president. Officers serve one year terms in each position and must be active elected official during tenure. The Officers are elected each year at the Annual Business Meeting held during the Congress of Cities and Exposition. An elected official must be a member of the National League of Cities to serve in a leadership position.
